Hi, so let me start off with how this all started. so i used to work at a fast food place. i never really washed my work pants probably once every other week. i noticed itching in my oubic hair region at the time. i thought it was because sweating at work. fast forward May i had sex probably second week of may 2020. cool two week i was straight but when i wear my skinnys i notice the same itch. (i wear skinny jeans a lot its my peferred jeans) never no burning when i peed . fast forward first week of july, i havent washed under my foreskin in about two weeks. (i know its bad but i was lazy) and i was working out a lot doing 2+ mile runs everyday. early august i pulled down my foreskin it was a bunch of smegma. i washed it off but it was dry patches. fast forward a few days it got red and irritated. i went to the doctor because i was scared. i even hit my last partner she was tested a month after out encounter she was good negative on everything. the doctor told me it was balanitis. gave me a Cream for athletes foot I clomatrolze. When using that it kind of made it all worse than what it was before I never had discharge or experience pain while peeing just every now and then occasional itch and when I got tested everything was negative but I still head I wouldn’t say ulcers or anything is this red spots in like scaly skin. The edge of the pubic hair area disappeared with the cream though but the but The issue underneath foreskin was still there but I noticed it only comes back when I masturbate and i kind masterbate about 3 times a day. pls help it comes and goes away when i dont masterbate more than once its normal but when i do it comes back. its slow to pull my foreskin back when its retracted. and i never could retract my penis when erect last time i did i ripped my frenulum but thats a long time ago. but i have noticed a tiny spec almost too small to see youll need a light to see it but its one single red dot and its been there for months. doesnt hurt or affect anything. https://imgur.com/a/ThtsIs1
