Hi all, I have had an itchy penis (mainly the foreskin for about a week). I have a few raised bits - well they look raised but not actually and same on the bottom of the gland. I've not really seen any photos similar to mine and just wondered if it is balantis or if it could be something else?

When did you first notice what you are calling the raised bits?
Have you recently had unprotected sex? What is your penile hygiene like? Do you wash after every time you urinate, and following ejaculation?
Do you wash your penis with soap - most irritation for penile skin is simply caused by a combination of soap and things like shower gel.
Best to use water on the penis only, fully rinse the penis at the end of a shower and always make sure you carefully FULLY dry penile skin whenever it has been washed or after a shower
