Bcc or ingrown hair?

have had for about a month on my arm... not dipped in center seems to get smaller here and there? 40/m

I think it may be a cyst which has possibly started in a hair follicle. Not a BCC. It may need removal with local anaesthetic if it becomes large. If it worries you do go and see your doctor.
