Well still having a good time, although soon be home now.
We stayed on one of Scotland remote remote Lochs for a week then we went to an Eco Holiday location in Scotland that has a troop or whatever you would call it of Beavers that are making a determined effort to change the Scottish Countryside. All very interesting.
We are staying in an old Brew House attached to a Castle dated from the 17th C and it is a shame they are not brewing any beer I could try.
They also have a herd of Wild Boar somewhere around here and also Red Deer so it has been an interesting holiday. Pax has had a wonderful time chasing the Ducks and Hens we have to watch what He is up too.
When we were taken to see the Beavers Pax had to stay behind on the first visit and I could only walk a short distance before I let the party continue on their way. They saw three swimming in the distance although I managed to get within ten feet to one in the water, it just floated watching me for abut five mins then flapped its tail with one big splash and disappeared, very interesting and a not to be missed experience.
The rest seems to have done me some good as I was very tired and in a great deal of pain before we left home so I now feel a great deal better than before.
One thing I have managed to do is read books on holiday, something that my disability has not allowed for quite some time. I am having problems remembering what I am reading although the books are full of pictures that will jog my Memory of things done when I have been away.
One thing I do agree and say is a change is as good as a rest, especially if a Holiday Break is that and we can actually catch our breath.
