first of all please help me find solutions to enable me to overcome these issues as best as possiblr how to clean the shower after bath during periods ?? whole shower feels disguisting and i feel afraid the next person will touch the walls and contaminate the whole house even the floor after showering how to clean the floor and legs ad they dont feel clean after showering and before leaving shower how to clean clothes?? washing them by hand takes 2 hours and i feel disgusted to put them in the washing machine
