hey all! its been about 2/3 years since my first/initial outbreak…until today and it’s worse than the first. I need some at home remedies right now, I already ordered witch hazel, Petroleum jelly but I need more? its day 6/7 and the ulcers aren’t going away quickly like they did last time ( I am on medication for strep bc whenever I get an outbreak it gives me strep ) so any help please…this ■■■■ is pretty painful.
