(20 years old male) got Chlamydia sometime last year guessing end of summer time. Had it for a while I’m guessing before I had symptoms and finally got a positive test in beginning of October. I got it treated with azithromycin and now it doesn’t show up on the test but here are the list of symptoms I’m still dealing with.
Main symptoms is pressure in penis head, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The rest are little red rash under pee hole, redness/swelling of the pee hole, “frequent urination” is feeling like I need to pee but it’s just the pressure of penis head tricking me into thinking I need to, swelling of penis head (rim around penis head turned purplish grey for a while), wrinkles in penis head, split stream sometimes just when stream starts but almost never happens anymore, and sometimes involuntary subconsciously contraction of pelvic floor muscle.
There’s no real PAIN pain but this has been ruining my life and causing me major deep depression. The ED and PE are definitely the worst part of all this. Been going to my urologist for about 4 months now and she isn’t a big help because she just says “we are just trying to fix your symptoms” aka I don’t know what’s causing it and then gives me medications that don’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
