I would feel cold and scared. It feels like my heart is hurting. I ended up at emergency last week, did all blood test and ekg everything is fine. Friday I traveled to buffalo whiles on the bus it happened again that tightness, shaking feeling. I felt an urge to go to the toilet. After praying and listening to music it stopped. The night about 3:30 I waken up by that same pain. It felt like my heart hurts and I will die. I’m worried and scared what do u guys think?

It feels so terrible like I’m gonna die, I spend time with my family and it feels like it’s because I’m gonna die. This is getting me stagnant. I’m afraid of doing things or going places because I feel like I will die😭😭😭😭
Hey Mandy19070, seems like a panic attack. Had it as well a few years ago and visited multiple times ER, found nothing, all fine.
Did you visit your GP?
Yes I have they keep telling me it’s anxiety. Just want my life back
