So first of all, i am 24 years old began by having haemorrhoids stage 2 for last couple of months and i used otc cream, haemorrhoids never got cured completely. After that i began to develop a skin tag on left posterior of anus. After that a sudden pain in left side accompanied with left back pain from the 12th rib down to my hip bone and the pain referred to my left inguinal and scrotal area. And then my left scrotum began to swell and i guess most likely it may be epididymitis. I have all the uti’s symptoms but developed burning and pain sensation as the last symptom. Last thing from a week i began having an erection dysfunction, it was never full erect and suddenly it becomes fully erect as if the tract is obstructed. When i urinate and feel the urine was stuck midway from bladder to be disposed, i feel its building up in my left penile shaft and my penis from left side takes a curve as if it was swelling, and then after urinating it turn back to normal.
I also made urinalysis and blood was 10 and pus 5, and the complete blood picture showed elevated leukocytes in blood meaning that there is infection.
So the differential diagnosis that i can think of are acute prostatitis, uti, kidney infection, anal fistula, anal fissure, or kidney stones (most unlikely)

Check in with your doctor and request a referral to see a Urologist and have a cystoscopy to check your bladder, also you should request a referral for an ultrasound scan if your abdomen…
Okay i will, but what’s your diagnosis? Regarding my symptoms, do you think it isacute prostatitis or uti?
