Been having gas pressure in chest and i also feel bloated all the time even if i dont eat. I also have days of constipation and a diahrrea havent had a normal bowel movement in a while. Procedures done: 3 endoscopies First one revealed gastritis and acid reflux Second one revealed the same Third one revealed absolutely nothing all biopies came out normal Ultrasound normal except for fatty liver Gallbladder removal Ct scan normal Gastro said the only thing he can say is that i have ibs but i dont think soo

I would say IBS too which can occur after gallbladder removal. Abdominal surgery can cause it. If the gastritis that showed up was acute, it is possible that it healed of its own and that’s why your last endoscopy was clear.Presumably they biopsied for h pylori and celiac since you say all biopsies were clear. If they did, they have been thorough, and I would accept IBS as your diagnosis.

Whether it’s IBS or not you still don’t have the solution. Consult a certified dietician or nutritionist for a proper diet.

Im also a bit worried because my stools havent been normal and i just feel very odd
If its not my stomach, couldnt it be my liver or pancreas?
