In early Jan, I was in bed and out of nowhere it felt like someone was squeezing and pulling my heart, it was awful and I truly thought (or think still) that I was having a heart attack. I'm 17 btw. My mom was able to quickly give me warm water with cayenne pepper to open up the arteries and it worked fairly quickly. It lasted maybe 5mins. After that the pain would come and go in waves with nothing prompting it. It wasn't and hasn't been as intense as the 1st time. I went to the doctor a few days later but after doing a general check, just said it was probably a severe anxiety attack. I've had anxiety for years but I have never had an attack like that and the pain that comes every other day doesn't feel like my usual anxiety attacks.
Since then, nearly everyday I get similar pain in the same areas (towards middle of chest, sort of shaped like a butterfly, I'll attack a picture)
