they are not itchy at all and they do not spread but I'm concord by the way they look and what are they exactly and what can i do to treat them

I think you have a skin condition, possibly lichen planus (Google). You should see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Fully agree with Adhari - you need to see a Dermatologist as soon as you can to get correctly diagnosed and the correct medication / treatment put in place as soon as possible …

although it seems my condition is getting better and not as visible as before
