As the title says I've been on 10mg of celexa for 5 weeks now, and I do have to say I've felt better than since I had my initial panic attack. My only worry is I've been having some bad days as well. 1-2 days out of the week I usually feel off and dizzy, anxious. Today specifically has been rough. Time seems to be crawling and a scarily slow pace and it's making me freak out. I know it's just stupid anxiety I just want it to go away. So is this normal 5 weeks in?
SSRIs can't address every problem that comes from anxiety, unfortunately, but it's a good start that you're feeling better most days of the week. Do you think more one-on-one or group therapy sessions would benefit you?
Yes I do think therapy would help. Although I am convinced that I'm just going through a blip, as I feel improved today. Not all the way better, but far better than yesterday. So hopefully it's a sign that I'm improving!
That's good! I wouldn't rule therapy sessions out, though, they can help you manage things if you have another attack.
Maybe so, as I think I'm going through another panic attack right now. Stomach aches, heart beating fast, feeling shakey. Hopefully it doesn't last too long
