I had a PIP tribunal on 29 sept 2018 and was awarded pip, 2 days later i got a letter off ESA to say i am fit for work and stopped my esa benefit after looking at the 0 points i then looked at the points what was award for PIP and they were for the same activities how does this work any advice please
Same happened to me Jessie Sep been fighting ever since still waiting for tribunal you can appeal all you want sorry but a lot don't win they did same on uc they only way I got money was to go on job seekers even tho I am not fit for work
So appealing is a waste of time if your saying a lot don't win?
