Been on fluxetine for 6 weeks all good apart from total loss of sensations down below no orgasm possible. Doctor today changed me onto 100mg of sertraline for this reason. Which seems a very high dose to me and she has told me just to stop the fluxetine straight away ( as from today.) and start taking the sertraline from now on Has anyone else done this and if so how did it affect you. I'm very nervous about the change and dosage.

I definitely wouldn't start on 100 mg. Your doctor should tell you to start with 50mg first. Even with that you might have side effects.
Up to you but I would start 50 mg at least for one week and go up afte.
Hi Lizzy, the usual starting dose for sert is 50mg, I'd perhaps do what your GP says and if you begin to struggle I'd go back or ring for advise.
