today I hoovered downstairs, the stairs all 3 bedrooms and I washed the bathroom floor - yipppeee!!!!!
Hi Valerie! Well done you! I was 8 weeks yesterday! Even now I am tight by hip and still feel bruised! Can't put my right sock on! Its not easy as I am Hubby's full time carer! He got chronic osteoarthritis, of spine, hips and knees! He's also deaf and severely sighted. I have had Hubby's carers in. But it will end soon! Even though we are both on walking sticks! Regards Amanda
Well done! Don't get too carried away though, take it easy tomorrow.
isn't that great !!!! who would have thought, right !!!1 but yeah, be vigilent and don;t overdo it - I am so happy for you !
work tomorrow - will probably be easier!
Woohoo Valerie
I know how wonderful I felt when I first hoovered all over and cleaned bathrooms and changed 2 beds.
If anyone told you, how wonderful it would feel, you just wouldn't have believed them lol !
Hi Valerie,
if ever passing by in Devon, then please aid your exercise programme and do my hoovering too.....you might enjoy it!
I'm just with partner changing sheets and putting rubbish out, small steps again but feel soooo good.
all sounds great progress anyway

put me up for a week in lovely Devon and I will willingly do the hoovering!
Hi Valerie......I know exactly what you mean. My husband did all the cleaning and things for the first several months. But, I couldn't wait to do it myself!! He would sweep the bathroom floor, but I needed to get down and scrub the toilet, floor and shake the rugs out. I was so proud of myself when I first did it. Even to scoop out the cat litter box! He had no idea how much scooping I did before. The little things count so much! Happy for you.
