Had surgery in March. Left ovary removed. Puss coming from incision site n smells funny. Right side abdominal pain with chills. Found clumps of puss with tints of blood coming from my rectum.

You need to see your doctor immediately. Getting an infection is a complication of surgery. The wound will need to be examined and dressed and antibiotics may be prescribed.
