Benadryl for venlafaxine withdrawl

Hi, im 4 days "clean" and having some terrible light headedness and sicky feeling. I've read benadryl can help for ven withdrawls, has anyone got any experience of this?

Yes Benadryl does help I tryed and it worked for me

Hi,

I took Benadryl for withdrawals of ven. It helped me with brain zaps, anxiety as well as other symptoms of coming of ven.hope this helps.

You need to get one that has hydrochloride in it

I took 10mg twice a day
