hi guys i am new guy here from malaysia. i am allergy those those food which contain the benzyl type presevartives food. unfortunenately in malaysia law, theres no need labeling specific type of benzyl and i couldnt find it on line. do u guys know abt benzyl type of food.. need ur all help.. tq very much.
Are you able to use Google freely?
I think you are looking at presevatives in food, so you might well have to experiment, to see what food upsets you and gradually build up a list of what you can eat and what you can't.
Perhpas someone else from Malaysia will be able to answer your question.

i search any food contain benzyl preservaties type.. but cant find it

Do you have organic products in Malaysia? Perhaps that would be the way to go.
