Hi, can anyone recommend the beat kind of mattress to buy to help with sciatica pain?
i bought one that was medium/firm with a memory foam top on it. The salesman said that you are better to have memory foam as it molds to your body and supports your back instead of a firm mattress which i previously thought was best for bad backs. To be honest i dont think there is any mattress that would make sciatica feel better though
