Hello. The best treatment for me has been bhrt which I’ve been taking since March. I’m so much better now, and it alleviated a lot of my symptoms like anxiety, depression, shaking, aches and pains, utis etc. I’ve also started taking menopace vitamins, and I take a multi vitamin and apple cider vinegar. Xx
