Does anyone find morning or evening preferable? I did evening for my first one yesterday had diarrhoea, insomnia and felt nauseous to the point of almost vomiting this morning and have slept nearly all morning too. Is there a more comfortable time?

I always take mine in the morning on the basis that I need it to help during the day plus it causes insomnia so poitless taking it before bed.
You will get used to it.

Next one now because I didn't this morning then in the morning from then on ..... ☺
Hi Beverly, I found the nausea passed with time as my body got used to it, you may want to try wearing a travel sickness band, it helped me.
