best way to deal with depression

Because my boyfriend is very depress i was looking and reading in the internet  best way to deal with depression and get better even I have no idea whats going on in your mind.

 depression is state of mood some people feel worthless empty inside, empty, restless.

when people hear about depress people they they think they are unhappy I wish the world will know what does it mean.

when i read about it and see the real meaing they should depscribe it better and we all need to learn and be educate about it to help those who we love and any one who is depressed 

first you have to know a chemical imbalance in the brain cause depression so those who are depressed they cant control it, so we should never blame depress person why are your happy or we force them for something when they have something wrong inside not working well 

first we have to go to doctor so he describe something that will balance whats going on wrong in your brain some medicin start working from week two others four sometimes person need to change the medicine and also depress person need therapy and i read the best one Cognitive-behavioral therapy.

try to make small goals in your life and try to focuse othem and achieve hem.

try to have positive friends who are very supportive 

most who are depress  it s hard for them to trust, turn to trust close family and friends

join many activity make yourself busy with something you like or somthing you used to enjoy 

try to eat healthy as much as you can, the best food for depression 

coconut, walnuts, cherry tomatos, spanish , eggs, whole grain, honey, cheese, asparagus(is the best), dark choclate, oysters, red beans, salamon, beetrots, and sweet potatos 

the best tea for depression St. John's Wort, chamomile, and red raspberry.

you have to exercise everyday  and sport everyday is healthy for everything not just depression 

try to take responsability because most who are depress start avoiding to be responsile try to take it

and challenge your negative thought
