Well it depends how much pain you're in. Keep dry, because sores are leaking or just to keep dry? I used panty liners, but it hurt me more drying to keep them dry and I found more relief having Vaseline over the. I suggest trying both and see what us most comfy for you. Drying out w baking soda or keeping a cover of Vaseline over them.
Because sores are leaking well I'm assuming that's what it is beem having this watery stuff for couple days now and lots of it

Put a healthy helping on to protect and sprinkled some baking soda on your panty liner. Some people's sores weep more than others, but keep in mind, if you have internal sores and/or the cervix, it will cause a lot of discharge as well.
