Best Wedge

Curious if anyone has done their own research on what the best wedge is for creating an incline for the bed (for the money)? I have a foam bed and the frame/head board cannot be raised. So I need to either use a whole mattress wedge in between the frame and mattress or on top of the mattress. My foam bed does not use a box spring.

I got a great one from a store that sells those foam mattresses  It cost 120.

Hi, I too have a bed which cannot be raised.  I did try some books under the mattress but I don't think it worked and what's more it made my neck ache.  I have spine and neck arthritis and you are supposed to stay flat quite the opposite of what we are looking for.  I know that wedges need to be firm so in my case that does worry me as well.  I did find one on Ebay the only adult one I could find it was around £40.  I am sure you will find it but if you need the company I wrote to them and they did give me details if you want them I can send a private message as must on advertise on the forum.

The one I got is one of those foam type temprapedic type that is firm, yet still gives, so my body fits in it well.  So glad I invested in it.  I would be up a creek without it, as it makes the difference between night and day for me.  I still wakeup in the middle of the night with acid, but that's mainly because I've slid down the bed and am no longer sitting upright.  It's hard to sleep upright.  If you have a recliner, try sleeping in that in the meanwhile until you get your wedge.

Thanks Libralady13 and stonachgirl. If you have a link to them it would be great to see them. Also, are they above mattress or below?

It wouldn't let me post the link but there's one on amazon-- its 12 inches tall at the base and about 24" long.

Hi I had a problem with the link so have sent you a private message so as not to advertise.
