it was a very small pimple like hairy pimples and i tried to pooped it before two days and also used a cream for this gentamicine 0.1
i couldnt stay without touch it but now i am scary because it is like this ..
can somebody tell me what should i do in this case or have any same experience like me

How long have you had it? It kinda just looks like a large pimple. If you've had it less than a week then I wouldn't worry too much.
i developed it on monday , any suggestion ?
should i use a hot wet towel for it ?
i have one mine is masive just use a hot flanel and it will bring the pus closer so it will pop 
Liquid antiseptic (not cream or ointment versions) is the best thing for dealing with spots and bumps that look like this. Dab some undiluted directly onto this 4 or 5 times a day it should heal within 3 to 5 days ....
Personally, I'd just leave it alone and let it heal naturally. Drink plenty of water.
