Bile duct with gallstones in it contrubuting to pancreatitis

Does anyone know what they do to remove gallstones from my bile duct?  I do not have a gallbladder.  I've been experiencing pancreatitis (acute) with hospitalization each time. I've had scans and mrcp, results are stones in the bile duct!  Still not been totally cleared knowing if there are any cancer cells or tumors in my pancreas yet as they're hard to detect.  I feel tired most of the time, sickly, headaches, dizzy spells and severe bloating stomach pains and wind with mucous. I've lost half my body weight in 2 years due to abdominal problems but managed to put a stone back on eating high fat foods but now been told I have to cut them all out!!!

Anyone know what I'll have to have done to remove the stones? Any advice or help is gratefully received

Thank you

I am no doctor..but i am sure you will have to avoid fatty foods for sure....

People say ginger...garlic... in moderate are great with pancreatitis....

As for stones they will try to disolve them with medications.... i mean your doctor will pescribe you disolvent... but to avoid creating them again you will have to stick with diet...

Please note i am no doctor and i do not have medical backround education.

I was told that they perform an Endoscopy and remove any gallstones from your common bild duct similar to a Colonoscopy removing cysts.

Thats not as bad as I was thinking it was going to be.

Thank you 😊
