Biliary sludge creating acute pancreatitis over the years

After acute pancreatitis , nber 4 since 2005 I am pretty sure it is biliary sludge from my bile but my gallbladder has been removed in 2015. My GI dr tells me nothing can dissolve the crystals in bile even URSODIOL wont do the job. Anyone has this issue and found way to get rid of this sludge before it migrates again into my pancreas and cause another pancreatitis ?

I think what they need to do is use a NG tube to suck out the bile…

I really don’t know much about the pancreas bc I just started having problems so this is all new to me.
