Anyone had experience with biologics not working?

I have been using Hydroxychloroquine for 5 months with no significant progress. Though all tests including MRI & ultrasound showed negative results but still have RA like symptoms in my right hand fingers.

Yes Tony I have had Humira,Enbrel and Rituximab with no success
I am on Humira now and it's not working. It does some good but not enough. The doctor said he was going to research something to go along with it but hasn't yet.
Give it up to six weeks to kick in.
