Has anyone on here had to have a biopsy on their gum due to shadow on xray. I now have stitches in gum awaiting a ct scan. It’s now very sore and swollen and obviously can’t eat properly. I would like some idea how long this discomfort lasts for and maybe what the outcome was. I’m a nervous wreck waiting for result which will be about 2 weeks. Any information would be appreciated. The surgeon said he doesn’t think it’s sinister but what else could it be?
