Hi all I was wondering how long did you have to wait for biopsy results I had mine 2 weeks ago due to spotting after 12 months of not having a period 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 for a good outcome for us all who are going through our own personal situations God bless ❤️❤️❤️

I got my first biopsy results  (cervical) in 3 days. I got my uterus biospy results in 4 days.

Mine took 3 weeks to come by post, my doctor rang NHS clinic in the end to get results for me as I literally went insane waiting. I asked why taken so long and was told 14 days is standard waiting time due to lab tests etc but everywhere is different in UK especially if you are a private patient.

Try not to worry very rarely is it something to be worried about, generally your consultant notices any problems when they open the cervix and take the biopsy.

I'm in uk woo it's 2 weeks tomorrow doing my head in not had ultrasound yet either having that Wednesday don't rush do they xxx

Kerry, then you might hear something today then since its be two weeks tomorrow. Here in states I had Transvaginal ultra sound done first.

Yes, it was, thats because they was all done in doctor office not hospital.

Hi crosado I'm in uk so be tomorrow but I have a appointment for ultrasound Wednesday then gyni appointment for the 20th to discuss there findings driving me mad ❤️

WOW Kerry, I feel for you having to wait 2 weeks! AND I thought 3 and 4 days was horrible! Then having to wait on ultrasound until the 20th! Keep us posted. I think you will get an awesome report!

I had my biopsy last Wednesday and got my results the following Tuesday....so that was 4 business days.  I also had all of my tests done in the doctor's office, not a hospital

I wish they had done mine barb in the office best of it is they have the equipment there to do it makes be angry it takes so much time xxxx

Did they tell you why they didn't do it in the office? I feel so bad that you are waiting so long...the waiting is the worst part. Did u try calling them. It's not unheard of that doctors offices forget to call.

I had spotting after 12 months of not having a period they did blood tests which were normal next thing I know I have a letter for gyni appointment at hospital for ultrasound which they never did I don't know why they went straight to a biopsy that was 30th August o now they sending me for ultrasound 14th then follow up 20th all this time I'm freakin out 😭😭

Of course you are because that's what we do! They have no heart sometimes. I am sure you are going to be fine. In sure they wouldn't want to wait 2 weeks for test results.
