I am due to undergo a Bipolar TURP by the end of July 2026.
Whilst this is an older technology, and there is Retrograde Ejaculation to contend with, I am hoping those that have had the same procedure have considered it was worth the sacrifice.
Bipolar TURP appears to be the modern version so at least some effort was made to improve this long standing method.
Just getting the jitters as surgery date gets closer so hoping for some good feedback.
