I live in Greece and cannot get HRT from anywhere at the moment.
Over the last 14 years I have suffered every symptom you can think of and it’s been horrendous.
I haven’t had a period for over 3 years and have been advised to try the pill, has anyone else heard of or taken the pill during menopause? I suffer from health anxiety (due to hormones) and am wary of taking them, even though I am desperate for help with the symptoms.
Any thoughts please?
