Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help.

My super supportive husband wants to make me a birthday cake at the end of the month. Does anyone have any recipes of cakes I can have whilst on the tablets?

Thanks britney, he was looking at banana bread but he did read somewhere you can substitute the butter in a cake for apple sauce! Not sure what that would taste like lol. Will tell him your ideas ☺ x

Think I would rather go for no cake than a rice cake ☺ x

If he wants to cheat I think it's Starbucks to a lemon and poppy seed muffin it's there skinny range about 2.2g . Per muffin xxx

It's not per cake it per 100 g of fat. X

From talking to staff and looking at the nutrition  , it dose come under the 5 g rule if in doubt don't have it . X

I LOVE Applesauce you can't seem to get it over here these days! last time i had it was the 80s? you can buy it from American shops here though.

Sounds yummy making the Banana Bread with Applesauce.
