Bizarre radiating leg and heel pain that won’t go away

I figured Id ask here since Im kinda at the end of my rope here, I work in agriculture that involves a lot of stooping and lifting and ive been having radiating leg and heel pain since july that i cant seem to do much about. Ive had two different diagnoses that were sort of haphazard guesses at patient first and they only really told me things i could have googled. i had a conversation with a physical therapist who said that the pain associated with a lack of swelling could mean its a nerve thing, and said it could be an iliopsoas strain. ive worked in some stretches to target that and have had some incremental improvement but im not back to where i need to be, and im growing concerned its something bigger i dont know about. Has anyone out there had any experience with this kind of bizarre leg / knee / heel pain without swelling before, and if so do you have any advice on how i proceed? Im fairly sure its work related as ive always been healthy and never felt like this, but its a bizarre gray area that may not be workmans comp and im panicking a bit.

When you have narrowing in your spine or problems with your lumbar discs, pain can radiate down legs. If it were me, I’d have an MRI.

ps: if you stoop and bend for a living, I would report the pain to HR and ask them the next step. Work seems to be a likely source of pain given what you do.

What activity are you doing when you experience pain?
