Black hardened skin around penis head please help

i dont know what this is or whats the cause of it, the skin turned black and its been like this for a few months. today i washed and rubbed it off with a towel and the skin teared up, its slightly painful. does anyone know what this is?

this is most likely Penile Melanosis. The cause of this condition is unknown, but it is just deposits of melanocytes on the penis surface and is completely harmless. It could’ve been caused by some friction burn or some kind of injury that led to hyper pigmentation. Consult your doctor to see if it is Penile melanosis or melanoma.
