Hey guys! I don’t know where to start but here it goes. I spotted this black spot on the inside of my mouth cheek area right beside my wisdom tooth maybe 7 weeks ago? I thought nothing of it since I thought it could be a blood blister. I thought it went away until I spotted it again today while flossing.
It doesn’t seem to be growing as far as I know. It’s about 1mm or about the size of a pen tip. It’s flat and not at all painful. It is bothering me so much because my anxiety is at its peak right now. I am so scared that it might be cancerous. I’m scared that it kinda looks atypical.
I know chances are slim since I am not a smoker, I don’t drink at all and there is no history of head and neck cancer in my family. Plus I am in my 20s. Might have it checked by a dentist but I’m afraid the dentist will just dismiss my concern. I am so scared right now thinking of the worst.
