Hi, I'm in my early 30s, uncircumcised and not really sexually active, I have had a black spot on my penis for over a year now, it's never itchy or irritating, so I stopped watching it long while ago nor have I asked my doc yet.
Only recently I find myself being paranoid that it's slightly bigger, although still no particular sensations from the spot, just wanna check if it's simply pigmentation like freckles or mole, or is it something I should be worried and keep on watching so I can report to my doctor?
(Also, I saw more moles on my scrotum area too, it could be through the years, but I never seemed to notice them.)

Looks like a harmless freckle to me but if its worrying you get it checked over just to calm your worries
Hi, I think your final sentence gives a clue to what you have going on: " I saw more moles on my scrotum area too, it could be through the years, but I never seemed to notice them " - what you most likely have noticed are skin imperfections that exist right across the human body, we all have these to some degree or another - and yes, they do vary in size and appearance with time.
With the one on your glans if it was something you needed to be concerned about it would have developed into a full-blown condition within the period of a year+ - so it is fairly safe to say it is nothing to be concerned about.
As James suggests, for peace of mind go get tested if you need to be 100% certain …
