ive been getting black spots on my top lip on & off for about 2 years now. out of nowhere it a black spot would appear then eventually my whole lip would start to look black then maybe 2 weeks later it just goes back to being pink. i have no idea what is causing it but this has been going on every couple of weeks/months for 2 years
Could be a pigmentation issue or something like angiokeratoma of Fordyce. If concerned, make an appointment with your dr and ask to see a dermatologist.
