Black spots on my penis gland, Is it penile melanosis!!! Please Help

Hi, I’m a 28 years old, not sexual active only masturbation. A year ago I’ve noticed some bumps on my penis gland, when I did my research I found out that there are just Fordyce Spots.
But 4 months ago I’ve notice a black spots on my penis gland, which made me so nervous about it, so I did more research about it, and found out that it maybe a penile lentiginosis.
I’m from Africa, I have a brown skin.

I want to make sure that if this looks okay? If anyone has this problem and solve it please tell me what to do?

I just leave it alone for little bit too see if it would improve, if it didn’t I will get them checked
