I had prostate removed 10 years ago. Cancer came back immediately and under went radiation therapy. I have been cancer free 6 years but struggled with urine flow issues. Had a bladder neck incision done 4 weeks ago and having issues. Most of the time I am incontinent. If I am standing and there is anything in my bladder it leaks out. Sitting or sleeping I have some control. The other issue is I get completely blocked usually after I sleep and have learned to self cath myself. Normally after I cath myself I am incontinent again until I block off again usually 3 or 4 days later. My Dr says this makes no sense but it is what is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
