Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone out there has had an experience similar to mine? Since I had an hip replacement, the urge sensation in my bladder is virtually gone and I now feel it in my urethra as a slight burning, fluttering sensation. At least that's where it seems to be coming from. Trouble is I have had a phobia of wetting myself (Long story) and I've been trying to get over it with the help of CBT and the last thing I need is to have to concentrate on what is going on down below. The sensations can be very subtle you see. I have been doing a bit better lately but I just wondered if anyone was having a similar problem. Thanks
I haven't had a hip replaced but I have lost my urge go to completely. I make sure I conduct "Pee Checks".. I really can'y offer much of a solution to the problem but I do understand the wetting fear.

Really sorry to hear that David. It's a nightmare isn't it. I've not been the same since almost a year ago now when right hip was replaced. No trouble like this when left hip was replaced.
