bleeding after 3 years

I went to the toilet this morning and found blood after I had wiped myself. Twice more during the day this happened not a lot but enough to be concerned. I rang the drs and got an appointment same day. He is sending me for a scan. My mum died of womb cancer 3 years ago and I am so frightened. I can't talk to my daughter about this as she is still upset about mum and she will only worry.

I know it's easy to say but please try not to worry. What you describe is what I have most days and I was concerned but my doctors took a swab and all was absolutely fine. Another thing to put down to menopause. Let us know how you get on Gail, you have support here.

Thank you I know its not a full period just bits but I'm still worried and don't feel I can talk to family with out upsetting them.

But you know Gail your family might actually want to know to give you some support. We often think we know best but a problem shared etc x

I'm gonna wait to see what happens probably nothing to worry about and I don't want them worrying thank you x

im having exactly the same thing, I have had it for a year and half, I had the camera up and everything was clear, also had smear and swab, also clear, I phoned the doctors and I have to go on Friday, they think it could be my coil that I had fitted a year and half ago or the peri, I think they will send me for a scan also just to check. I know it's hard not to worry, but please try not to, peri has given me terrible health anxiety, which at the moment I am trying to control it, and doing ok 😄😄, I wish you lots of luck, but I do believe you will be ok and it will be the menopause, Big Hugs xx

Thank you sue. My m m was 72 and she had been bleeding for a year never telling anyone if she had of told us she would still be here. I've only started bleeding today and not a lot j ust bits I'm probably worrying about nothing but better to be safe than sorry x

Thats what happened to me in July started bleeding was really concerened about it then last week i was bleeding a little bit had a little period. 

Try not to worry yourself it may just be a menopause period
