Just wondering if anybody has had a polyp removed recently. I had a polyp removed 2weeks ago and I am still bleeding lightly and as the doctor nerve came to see me after surgery and have been told the polyp was benign by a colleague of the surgeon who removed it. I have not had anyone to ask so I'm just wondering if any of you lovely women can tell if you have had this operation and know how long the bleeding will last Many Thnks
hi I had one removed from were the cervix was and mine stopped bleeding right after operation, I would see your doctor about this
I got the merina coil fitted at the same time as the removal of the polyp.
Looked at the internet there for information about merina coil and bleeding and it says
that bleeding can occur, but how the heck am I supposed to know the difference.
I got the procedure done in a nhs hospital and the doctor didn’t want to speak to me after the procedure only told a nurse over the phone she would send me a letter. I phoned up last week to find out if my polyp was malignant, thankfully it was benign but she knew this and is on holiday so her secretary spoke to someone a bout my result and they said it was benign.
