Hi! I've just been diagnosed with herpes and had my first outbreak a month ago. I took my medication, everything healed and I didn't feel pain or discomfort anymore. I resumed sex with my partner for the first time a week after I was healed and I bled heavily. There was no accompanying pain, I remember feeling no discomfort at all. I waited for a week and started masturbating again and I found blood on the tip of my finger. I waited another week and I still found blood on my finger, although a very small amount. Can anyone tell me if this is still herpes or is it something else?
I believe it’s something else. I’ve had it for over 20 yrs and never had anything like that happen to me.
