I’m 16 and had sex multiple times with my boyfriend, I’ve had different partners but never bled from sex. I finished my period 2 days ago however today I had sex and there’s light pinky red blood in my knickers, any advice?

Unfortunately without a clinical examination it's not easy to say what's wrong there could be so many reasons for it.
Why don't you go to the GUM clinic and get some tests done and if they all come back negative maybe you could come back and ask some more questions:
Don't worry too much periods can be all over the show when you're 16 because your body is still getting used to the hormones.
I would say get the test then come back if the results are all negative xxx
