Is jumping up and down on my excersise rebounder making my prolapse worse? I have no pain and feel comfortable doing it but a few hours later I lose fresh blood like a period.Need a pad.It suddenly stops after a few minutes and goes back to normal.I have had a subtotal hysterectomy 3 years ago still have cervix, no ovaries but have a cystecele which is quite low.On hrt.
Smear last month was normal plus was checked out by gynae and it looks normal. It's the blood that horrifies me as it is frank and sudden. Can only think the movement inside is stretching and rubbing against vaginal wall??Nothing is catching on my underwear Anybody else experienced this. Thanks.
Hi,
I posted earlier about spotting/bleeding after exercise as I started experiencing this recently and it scares the life out of me. Smears always normal, bloods normal but news to have a scan soon although my gp thinks I'm in perimenopause (just turned 45).
Not sure what it is but just like you, I would spot or bleed after running. No discomfort or pain and originally started during ovulation but now i think it's other times too. It's really depressing and it's putting me off running and exercise which I love doing.
Will be following your thread with interest . Hope you get it sorted xx
Hi.Jo. I read your post before and it was interesting to read.It is quite daunting what occurs. I have none of the above, ovaries, ovulation to contend with.Prolapse yes, The bleeding starts quick but it's a lot and frightening and it's never straight after I have stopped excersising always a few hours later. It is probably more common than we think. I won't be using the rebounder anymore and I loved it. ! It wasn't as if I was jumping vigorously just steady. You never really get a proper answer or any explanation of what
the cause could be from Drs. Just see if anyone else responds on the forum. Hope you get sorted. X
