I bled and had lots of clots passing the first 18 hrs after my urolift. Then bleeding/clots stopped, for several hours and started again, though the blood was not as concentrated. Then stopped bleeding, then more blood this morning, which is day two after procedure. Any comments anybody? I’m just a worrier and am wondering if anyone else had same after effects., Thanks,…Ric****
I had blood for about 24 hrs after. Then some blood in semen a couple of months later. Everything has to heal up. Ask your urologist or hospital if you are worried but so long as you can pee and aren’t in excessive pain then all should be well.

Feel decent for day six now, no more blood or burning sensation, which is very low if at all, but can feel pressure in rectum - guess that’s the pelvic pain they mention as a probable side effect. Felt fine after working out (eliptical machine) yesterday for first time since operation. Just hope this procedure helps with the flow. I have a normal to a little below-size prostate, but flow has been weak for years. We’ll see…ric
