First off, I would like to thank this community for existing —means a lot to me since I've been dealing with this health condition secretly for the past 8 years. I'm a 28 year old male who has hemorrhoids. I haven't told my family, friends, or doctor since it's embarrassing talking about your behind situation lol sigh
I haven't taken my hemorrhoids situation seriously until it started to become an issue — my butthole started to itch, bleed, feel sharp pain, and some sort of SKIN TAG formed (WARNING: photos attached).
I'm wondering if I need to go to the doctor or if my hemorrhoid situation is considered severe? When I have a bowl movement, my butthole looks like the BEFORE photo and when I relax it becomes the AFTER photo. PLEASE NOTE: The skin tag was formed recently and doesn't go away.
Don't get me wrong. I have been eating a fiber rich diet for the past couple years, but looks like my condition worsen from sitting down all the time, living a sedentary lifestyle, and straining/sitting down in the toilet for a long time (I have a bad habit of using my phone in the restroom)
My question is... 1.) What is that skin tag? 2. Is my hemorrhoid condition severe or moderate?
