Hi all me again so I'm still slightly bleeding 8 weeks in and Still waiting to get into my gp had anyone else suffered from excruciating trapped wind to the point your doubled over? Also tonight had to rush to out of hours gp as I had a sudden gushing and lost 3 quite big clots and I panicked so they have put me on norethisterone has anyone else tried it and did it work xx

So sorry! What is it? I'm lucky that mine are slowing down, but mentally I'm a mess. This really sux for all of us

It's to stop my bleeding until I can get my blood tests done. I no what u mean I'm a wreck cant stop crying I feel fat ugly it's just awful xx

I know yasmin, this is aweful. I'm always tired, sad, anxious, have no ambition, and feel social anxiety. I used to get my hair hilighted every cpl months, trimmed and am letting myself go. I stop caring about everything. I don't keep up with my house like I used too. This is a nightmare. I cannot wait until this is over! I feel like I'm missing out on life😢

Not sure what age you are. I'm 46 and having similar bleeding. Last period lasted 8 week's. Sometimes light and sometimes heavy with clots. Very worryingly and disruptive. My GP has referred me to gynaecology as a precaution but says it all part of perimenopause. She has also put me on HRT in the meantime to see if it would regulate my bleeding. Iy stopped for a few days! Now I have really bloated stomach some days with awful cramps. Think it might be the HRT interacting with something I am eating but don't know. Also have wind. Giving HRT another month to see if things settle and if not I'm going back.

It's awful worrying. I know how you feel. I hope you get something sorted soon

Hi

I have had Norethisterone and it did work for me.I suffer from very heavy periods and at times had sudden gushing.It happend to me at work and I was mortified..I hope Norethisterone works for you.

hi been bleedi g six months none stop got given same thing other day but havnt taken it. im flooding bad today with terrible period pains and bloating hate it also no how you feel i dont have cancer thoe got my results from biopsys so it must be meno

Hi Yasmin, I had all that bleeding lots of clotting it will slow down like mine with time...I have trap wind in my tummy, I find it staying in more since perimenopause

i heard peppermint helps with this it will get better ok.

hi i blowt with ibs i take buscopan and today i took to for my period pains and it worked for a wile and it also helps with bloat i also take alovera pill befor i go bed and take probiotics.
